Notice of Fraud, Waste and Abuse
§523.1. Notices to be posted
A. Every auditee shall post and keep posted in conspicuous places upon its premises a notice, prepared by the legislative auditor and located on his website, setting forth information concerning the reporting of the misappropriation, fraud, waste, or abuse of public funds.
B. Every auditee shall also post such notices on the website of the auditee.

Election update: April 4th, 2020 primary election is postponed until June 20th, 2020 with general election to follow on July 25th, 2020.
Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the Clerk of Court is prohibiting public entry effective immediately. All filings and recordings will be accepted via facsimile or mail. As for prescription cases, pursuant to Governor’s Order, all prescriptions are suspended until April 13th, 2020. Protective Orders, time sensitive matters and emergency filings will be accepted and filed in person ONLY. Copies can also be requested via facsimile or mail.
