E-Filing – Civil & Criminal
Effective immediately, COTTFile will be the vendor for the civil and criminal e-filing with the St. Bernard Parish Clerk of Court. The clerk will discontinue using Tybera and future filings rejected. Therefore, in order to e-file with our office, please establish an account with COTTFile.

Also, effective January 1, 2026 fax filing discontinued and pleadings filed by an attorney can only be submitted electronically or in-person.
